The university is hiring for 10 administrative positions, each requiring a strong academic background (typically a First Division Master’s degree or equivalent — 16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university or Degree Awarding Institute. Below is a summary of the available posts:

1. Assistant Controller of Examinations (Post 1)

First division Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution.

2. Assistant Registrar (Post 1)

First division Master’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.

3. Assistant Registrar Litigation/Law Officer (Post 1)

First division LLB degree (16 years), valid Bar Council license, and minimum 3 years standing as an advocate.

4. Assistant Director Student Financial Aid & Development – FAD (Post 1)

Master’s in Business Administration/Commerce with Finance specialization, or Chartered Accountancy, from an HEC-recognized institution.

5. Assistant Director Administration (Post 1)

First division Master’s degree or equivalent from HEC-recognized institution.

6. PS to VC/Secretary to Vice-Chancellor (Post 1)

First division Master’s degree plus shorthand speed of 80 words/min, typing speed of 30 words/min in English, and working knowledge of MS Office.

7. Assistant Director Admission (Post 1)

First division Master’s degree; relevant post-qualification experience in a university, government, or international organization preferred.

8. Assistant Treasurer (Post 1)

Master’s in Business Administration/Commerce (Finance specialization) or Chartered Accountancy from HEC-recognized institution.

9. Assistant Director Planning & Development (Post 1)

Master’s in Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or BE Civil Engineering (with valid PEC registration).

10. Assistant Director Sports (Post 1)

Master’s degree in Health and Physical Education or equivalent from HEC-recognized institution.

1. Junior Clerk (Posts 12)

Intermediate with at least 2nd division from a recognized Board and a typing speed of 30 words per minute.

At least 2nd division in F.Sc or ICS from a recognized Board.

3. Driver (Posts 5)

Matric with 2nd division and a valid HTV/LTV license with 5 years of heavy transport experience; OR literate with a valid license and 10 years of Heavy Transport Vehicle experience.

Matriculation with at least 2nd division.
