Eligibility Criteria — Three Tiers

Tier 1 – Intermediate Pass-Outs: Women aged 18–20 who have completed their Intermediate level (FA/FSc/ICS) and reside in one of the six target districts are eligible under this tier.
Tier 2 – University Students (5th Semester or Above): Women aged 21–25 who are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program — preferably in IT, Computer Science, or a related field — and reside in a target district can apply under this tier.
Tier 3 – Graduates and Workforce Re-Entrants: Women aged 26–35 who have completed at least a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent are eligible. This tier also warmly welcomes women who are seeking to re-enter the workforce after a career break due to family responsibilities or other personal reasons.
