Available Positions & Vacancies
A total of several senior and specialist positions are being offered across different departments:
1. Chief Legal Officer – 01 Post
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Law, Barrister at Law, or LLB. Experience: At least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience in large-scale projects in public or private sector organizations.
2. General Manager (Admin & HR) – 01 Post
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration with specialization in HR, Public Administration with specialization in HR/Management, or specialization in HR/Human Resource Management. Experience: At least 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in public or private sector organizations.
3. General Manager (Support Services) – 01 Post
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Economics, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Finance, Accounting, or professional certification such as CFA/CA/ACCA/ACMA/CIMA. Experience: At least 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in public or private sector organizations.
4. General Manager (Infrastructure) – 01 Post
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or Construction Engineering. Experience: At least 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Candidates with experience in PPPs will be given preference.
5. Specialist Project Finance – 15 Posts
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Finance or Accounting, or professional certifications such as CFA/CA/ACCA/ACMA/CIMA/CPA. Experience: At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Candidates with PPP experience will be preferred.
6. Legal / Contract Specialist – 15 Posts
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Law, Barrister at Law, or LLB. Experience: At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Candidates with PPP sector experience will be preferred.
7. Technical Specialist – 15 Posts
This is a broad category covering 15 different government departments. One specialist will be placed in each of the following departments: Communication and Works, Housing, Urban Development & Public Health Engineering, Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education, Health & Population, Local Government & Community Development, Transport & Masstransit, Energy, Tourism, Archaeology and Museums, School Education, Higher Education, Environment Protection and Climate Change, Mines & Mineral, Livestock & Dairy Development, Forestry and Wildlife, and Youth Affairs and Sports.
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Engineering, City & Regional Planning, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environment Sciences, MBBS, BDS/BS Public Health, MPH, BS Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Tourism & Hospitality Management, Cultural Heritage Management, Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Applied Geology, DVM, Animal Sciences, Poultry Sciences, Wildlife Management, Fisheries & Aquaculture, Agronomy, Youth Development Studies, Agriculture Resource Economics, Industrial Engineering or any other relevant qualification. Experience: At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience. PPP experience preferred.
