Available Positions
HITEC University is currently recruiting for the following five positions:
1. Professor – Computer Science
This is a senior academic role that requires a Ph.D. in the relevant field or area from an HEC-recognized university, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field. In terms of experience, candidates must have either 10 years of post-PhD experience or a total of 15 years of experience with at least 8 years post-PhD. Candidates must also have served at least 5 years as an Associate Professor. A strong publication record is essential, with a minimum of 15 research publications, of which at least 5 must have been published within the last 5 years in HEC-recognized journals.
2. Assistant Professor – Biomedical Engineering
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in the relevant field or area from an HEC-recognized university, along with an MS and BS in the relevant field or area. This position is ideal for researchers who wish to contribute to the growing field of Biomedical Engineering in Pakistan.
3. Lecturer – Biomedical Engineering & Computer Science
HITEC University is seeking Lecturers in both Biomedical Engineering and Computer Science. The minimum qualification required is an MS in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university, along with a BS in the relevant field. This is a great entry-level academic opportunity for fresh MS graduates who are passionate about teaching and research.
4. Lab Engineer – Biomedical Engineering
Candidates applying for this post must hold a BS degree (16 years of education) in the relevant field or area from an HEC-recognized university. This role involves supporting laboratory operations and assisting in practical and technical aspects of Biomedical Engineering education.
5. Lab Assistant – Biomedical Engineering
For the Lab Assistant position, applicants must hold a DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in the relevant field along with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the relevant field. This is a technical support role that requires practical knowledge and experience.
