Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) Jobs 2026 – Compliance Monitor Recruitment
The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), one of Pakistan’s largest social protection initiatives, has officially announced recruitment for the post of Compliance Monitor under its flagship Benazir Taleemi Wazaif initiative. This is a golden opportunity for educated and motivated individuals across Pakistan to serve their communities while earning a fixed pay on a contractual basis.
About the Programme
BISP’s Benazir Taleemi Wazaif program focuses on increasing school enrollment and attendance among children from low-income families. To ensure the accuracy of attendance data, BISP requires dedicated Compliance Monitors who will visit schools on a quarterly basis and collect compliance data. This recruitment is purely on a contract basis for a period of one year.
Total Vacancies – 90 Posts
The recruitment is divided into two categories:
Category I – District Wise General Posts: 84 Vacancies These posts are spread across six provinces and regions of Pakistan.
Category II – Office Based Work: 06 Vacancies These positions are reserved for Islamabad HQ and are office-based roles.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Compliance Monitor post, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Education: Minimum 14 years of education or equivalent qualification in any discipline — preferably Computer Science — from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data collection, conducting interviews, and data entry. Experience with Android applications is also required.
Driving License: Candidates applying for Category I must possess a valid Motorcycle Driving License. Note that a Learner, Expired, or Applied-for license is NOT acceptable. For Category II (office-based), a driving license is not compulsory.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as of the closing date of advertisement. No age relaxation will be given.
Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
