🎯 Eligibility Criteria
Students must fulfill the following conditions:
1️⃣ Educational Requirements
- Must be a regular minority student.
- Must be studying in a Government Institution (University Level only).
- Must have passed the last annual examination.
- Must have obtained at least 50% marks.
- In case of GPA system, evaluation sheet from institution is required.
- BSc Nursing students of Government Medical Universities can also apply.
2️⃣ Income Criteria
- Parent’s monthly income must not exceed Rs. 80,000.
3️⃣ Institution Requirement
- The institution must be affiliated with HEC / Government Authority.
- Students of private institutions are not eligible.
4️⃣ Other Important Conditions
- Students receiving any other scholarship or stipend are not eligible.
- Incomplete forms will be rejected.
- Applications sent directly by students will not be entertained (must be forwarded by institution).
- Late applications will not be considered.

Students must attach:
✅ Attested copy of Domicile and PRC (Sindh)
✅ Attested copy of CNIC or NADRA B-Form
✅ Attested copies of Marks Sheet / DMC of last exam
(For semester system: last two semesters result required)
✅ Attested Income Certificate of Parent/Guardian (current year)
✅ Attested copy of University ID Card
✅ Properly filled new prescribed application form
⚠ Marks sheets printed on plain paper will not be accepted.

Step 1: Get Application Form
Obtain the new prescribed scholarship form from your institution or relevant department.
Step 2: Fill the Form Carefully
Fill all columns properly:
- Name (Block Letters)
- CNIC / B-Form Number
- Gender & Community
- Class & Course
- Residential Address
- Contact Details
- Father’s Name & Occupation
- Last Exam Details (Total Marks & Percentage)
Incomplete forms will be rejected.
Step 3: Attach Required Documents
Attach all attested documents mentioned above.
Step 4: Head of Institution Verification
- Your institution’s head must verify your details.
- Institution will certify that:
- You are a bonafide student.
- You are not receiving any other financial assistance.
Step 5: Income Certificate Verification
- Income certificate must be verified and signed by employer or relevant authority.
Step 6: Submission Through Institution
- Submit the form to your institution.
- The institution will prepare a list of eligible students.
- Applications will be forwarded officially to the department.
🚫 Students cannot send applications directly.
