Who Can Apply – Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to fresh graduates in the following disciplines:
Engineering — Any discipline including Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Chemical, or other relevant engineering fields.
Business — Business Administration, Management Sciences, Finance, Economics, Marketing, HR or any related business discipline.
Candidates should be fresh graduates or enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Program, should have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0, and the maximum age limit is 28 years.

What You Will Do as a Graduate Trainee
As part of the Mission Believe program, selected trainees will:
Work on rotational assignments across multiple departments and group companies to gain exposure to various business operations. They will support strategic initiatives within assigned business units and help identify process improvement and cost optimization opportunities across different verticals. Trainees will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in the planning and execution of projects across the group’s wide-ranging businesses — from automotive manufacturing to banking, packaging to energy.
The duration of the program is 6 to 12 months and takes place at multiple locations across the country.
